JONATHAN BUTLER, REGINA BELLE AND PEABO BRYSON HEADLINE ATLANTA BENEFIT CONCERT


 
Jazz Fusion Guitarist Jonathan Butler and GRAMMY Award winning Songstress Regina Belle have been added to the Jazz 91.9 WCLK 42nd Anniversary Benefit Concert headlining Peabo Bryson. The WCLK benefit concert takes place on Friday, June 24, 8:00 p.m. at Cobb Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta. The evening will be a tremendous celebration of music and special presentations as Jazz 91.9 WCLK honors its recipients of the 2016 Jazz Legacy Awards. 

One of the most unique and gifted artists within the Jazz and Jazz Fusion genre, Guitarist Jonathan Butler is known to wow audiences with his versatile vocal range and guitar mastery. In concert, Butler remains a captivating and powerful performer, pouring his heart into selections from his immense catalogue of songs like: Sarah, Sarah; Pata Pata; No Woman No Cry; and, You Are the One from his latest release, Free

One of the premier performers in music, Peabo Bryson is sure to showcase his vocal clarity and range that just mesmerizes audiences. Peabo Bryson woos with his classic hits, soft-rock ballads and soulful interpretations of standards. Can You Stop The Rain, I’m So Into You and Feel The Fire are just a few songs by Bryson that continue to be fan favorites. A very remarkable performance will come when Regina Belle joins Bryson on stage for a rousing repertoire of duets including A Whole New World from the Disney film, Beauty and the Beast.
