COMMON IS SEYMOUR ON HAPPY FEET

It may be cold at the North Pole, but Warner Brothers’ “Happy Feet Two” (opening Friday, Nov. 18 in North America) will warm the heart and tickle the feet as it takes the viewers on a magical journey to meet some of the most captivating characters on the screen.

The eagerly anticipated sequel to “Happy Feet” is finally here and once again directed by George Miller. The film returns with Mumble (Elijah Wood), who has since grown up and now he has a feisty and restless son named Erik. Mumble is married to Gloria (Pink), who is awesome as Mumble’s wife and then delivers powerhouse vocals on the soundtrack.

The film also introduces a flock of colorful characters including the devoted and loyal Seymour (Common).This is Common's first run at being a voice over character which he enjoyed immensely.

“I always wanted to motivate and do things for kids, and ‘Happy Feet Two’ is part of that,” said Common

Common is not only featured in the film, but his new album, “The Dreamer, The Believer” is set to be released in December. “Fans can expect great music,” he said.

The “Happy Feet Two” soundtrack will keep you groovin’, with songs like “Sexy Back” by Justin Timberlake, “Rhythm Nation” by Janet Jackson and “Mama Said Knock You Out” by L. L. Cool J. The movie ends with a killer rendition of Janelle Monae’s “Tightrope” (Ice Cold Mix) that will get you out of your seat and dancing out of the theater.

Take yourself, the kids and grandma too: “Happy Feet Two” is a real treat.
