Rihanna has made VEVO history with her newest video "Where Have You Been". It was just officially released yesterday (May 3rd) and the Bajan princess has already broken a VEVO record with the view count.
RiRi has managed to rake in a record-breaking 4.9 million views, excluding bots and the like. This makes it the most views for any music video during its 24-hour release period on VEVO, breaking the record that Nicki Minaj held previously with 4.8 million views for her "Stupid Hoe" video.
Rihanna quickly took to her official Twitter account to thank her fans. “That Rihanna reign just won’t let up! #WHYBvideo holds the new 24hr record for VEVO! My #NaviTrillAsPhuck thank you n congrats!” she tweeted.
“Where Have You Been" is lifted off of Rihanna’s sixth album, 'Talk That Talk,' available now.
