Beyonce finally made good on years of pregnancy rumors when she announced the arrival Blue Ivy, and now she's adding fuel to the spiralling rumor mill again that she's with child. It was just announced that due to 'dehydration and exhaustion', she had to cancel her Belgium concert. This is a rarity for Mrs. Carter. Bey was supposed to perform at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp, but it'll have to be rescheduled. She's also slated to perform in the same arena on Thursday (AEST time). We'll see if the doctor clears her to perform on this date.
