Mariah Carey sure knows how to make an injury look good.‬

‪The fashionista diva stepped out on Monday for the New York premiere of "The Butler" wearing quite the accessory ... a studded sling! The proud mommy-of-two proved just why she is so "Beautiful" … and creative. ‬

‪The singer, who appears in the Lee Daniels film, dislocated her shoulder in July while shooting a remix video with rap star Jeezy, and has been sporting an interesting array of slings ever since.
