Idinia Menzel and John Legend Bring Patriotism to Super Bowl XLIX

The songstress favorably known as the voice of “Frozen”, Idina Menzel will take the stage to sing the national anthem at the 2015 Super Bowl. 

To keep with the patriotic theme, R&B crooner John Legend will perform “America the Beautiful” also before kickoff of the big game. His performance however, will be performed at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona and will air on NBC. 

Both singers are coming off an amazing year and starting 2015 off in a big way. Menzel is still reeling off the success of “Frozen” and the infectious song, “Let It Go” while roadway her show “If/Then” closes on March 22. John Legend is still riding high off the runaway ballad “All of Me” and after partnering with rapper Common, they recently won a Golden Globe for their collaboration of “Glory,” from the blockbuster film “Selma.” 

Also a can't miss, pop star Katy Perry will offer a 'family-friendly' performance during the halftime show.
