Enchanted Closet Annual Dress Drive With Hank Stewart

Atlanta charity organization The Enchanted Closet, will be hosting one of many Dress Drive events to collect donated items for its 11^th Annual Prom Dress Giveaway season on Sunday March 24 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Marlee's Coffee and Tea House, 349 Decatur Street (Pencil Factory Lofts), Atlanta 30312.

 

The dress drive will be held in addition to Marlee’s Love Jones Sunday soiree with Emmy award-winning poet, Hank Stewart. For a nominal $5 cover charge, this event offers a great evening of poetry and music.  

 

The Enchanted Closet will be on hand to collect the following Items:

• New or gently used formal dresses sizes 0-6 and 12 and up, that are clean, in good condition and teen appropriate
• Prom accessories such as jewelry, handbags, wraps and shoes
• Gift certificates to restaurants, florists, limos and hair and nail salons
• Monetary donations to offset the cost of dry-cleaning and repairing dresses

The 11^th Annual Prom Dress Giveaway Finale is Saturday, March 30 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Rialto Center for the Arts at Georgia State University, 80 Forsyth Street N.W., Atlanta, 30303.
