Oprah Winfrey Network announced that it has ordered eight additional episodes of the docu-series "Livin' Lozada" featuring reality star Evelyn Lozada and a new eight-episode second season of "Flex & Shanice" following the lives of husband and wife celebrity duo Flex Alexander and Shanice. The series' new episodes will premiere later this year.
The premiere season of "Livin' Lozada" brought younger viewers to the network and was the
highest-rated freshman season ever for an OWN docu-series for women
18-49. The second cycle of "Flex & Shanice" was
up +22% in women 25-54 versus its premiere cycle. In addition, the
recent finales of "Flex & Shanice (0.89) and "Livin Lozada" (0.86)
on August 29 ranked as the top two unscripted season finales in OWN
history for women 25-54. The series also helped OWN finish 2015 as
Saturday night's #2 network on all of television for African-American
women.
