Meet your new "Ghostbusters" team!The movie debuts an all-woman reboot of the popular franchise, starring Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon as our title apparition hunters.
"30 years ago, four scientists saved New York," the trailer starts out, referencing the original film. "This summer, a new team will answer the call."
From there, we get to really meet our new team of paranormal investigators, which includes an engineer, a quantum physicist and Jones as an MTA-employee.
We get glimpses of the vibrant ghosts (they look pretty cool!), the new Ghostmobile (a former hearse) and Chris Hemsworth looking sexy as ever. The sneak peek also gives us our first glimpse of series favorite, Slimer, as well as what happens when McCarthy gets possessed.
Everybody now: "The power of pain compels you!"
The film drops July 15, 2016.
